I created Peoplekind Consulting in 2003, after working in human resources in an accounting firm for 8 years. Yes – I’m very experienced! I now work with small and medium-sized businesses as an expert partner in implementing HR strategies that make people resources a competitive advantage. Effective HR strategies balance the needs of the people and the business to get the best outcome for both.
My approach has been strongly influenced by working with best practice tools like the Investors in People accreditation, which is recognised around the world as a process for aligning people management with business goals. When helping my clients to build their dream team, I draw on my experience and current best practice approaches to develop solutions that work for a small business.
